Cottage – Terms and Conditions |
1.
The cottage is available for four adult guests. No children
or pets are permitted.

| 2.
A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the rental is required to
book the cottage with the balance due 5 weeks (at the latest)
prior to the commencement of your stay. |
| 3.
If in the unfortunate circumstances that a reservation in cancelled,
as long as it at least 5 weeks prior to your stay, then only
the deposit will be forfeited. If the cancellation is made
after the 5 week period and we (the owners or agent of) are
unable to re-let the cottage, then the full amount will be
forfeited. We recommend that all our guests have holiday cancellation
insurance. |
| 4.
If for any reason, beyond our control, the cottage is not available
after a booking has been made all monies will be refunded.
The guest (hirer) will have no further claim against the owner
or the owner’s agent. |
| 5.
Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday unless previously agreed.
The cottage is available from 4pm on the day of arrival and
guests must vacate by 10.30am on the day of departure. |
| 6.
Bedding, towels and kitchen linens are provided. Gas, electricity,
telephone, freeview and wireless broadband connection are also
included. |
7.
All guests must agree to: -
a) Leave the property in the same condition as found upon arrival.
b) Keep the property secure when left unoccupied at all times.
c) Ensure they cause no nuisance or disturbance to neighbours |
| 8.
Guests must advise us (the owners or agent of) of any breakages,
soiling or damage to the property. The guest will be responsible
for the costs of replacing or repairing breakages, soiling
or damage caused by any member of the party of guests. Please
note that the cottage is furnished to the highest standard
with antiques etc. |
| 9.
Use of the cottage and garden is at the guest’s own risk.
No liability shall fall on the owners of their agent for injury
to guests, or for loss of personal property belonging to guests. |
| 10.
The owners or their agents reserves the right to demand the
immediate departure of any guests not complying with these
terms and conditions, or for any conduct detrimental to the
property. |
| 11.
By confirmation of the booking together with payment of the
deposit the guest is deemed to have accepted these conditions
and must ensure that all members of their party understand
and comply with them. |
